Hello and welcome to my little blog! I'm Zahra, a South Asian Beauty Blogger fairly crazy about anything beauty related! I'm your typical makeup and skincare addict who's always eager to try new products and never really gets bored of discovering new favourites! I am medium brown complected with strong golden olive undertones and catering to my skin tone has proven to be quite difficult. I love using good quality, effective (yet affordable) makeup and skincare so I'm always keen to try different formulas and textures that work with my issues and help me achieve my preferred overall look.

I love makeup and I love playing with makeup to create different looks for different moods and occasions, though I generally like to use makeup to enhance my features and tend to go for the natural "no makeup makeup" on a day to day basis. My mantra is definitely "less is more' as my skin doesn't seem to handle a lot of product very well and tends to look cakey very quickly. I find it amazing how just a little touch of makeup here and there can do wonders and enhance a persons features so magically, well it certainly does for me!

Flawless makeup can only be achieved when you've got a good base to begin with so skincare is also very essential for me. I have combination dehydrated skin and my main concern is hyper pigmentation (around my mouth and old spots) and skin texture on my face, I also get the odd spot here and there. Keeping on top of my skin care regime helps keep my skin looking smooth and healthy and makeup definitely looks better on top of it.
